A straightforward procurement service for all your school’s IT purchasing needs.
The service includes the creation of specification documents (and formal tender documents where required) for issue to suppliers. Data Tools will then manage the process of obtaining quotations and produce a recommendations document for the school to progress a purchase. Through this we will help the school to ensure that their financial regulations are met, and that the school is getting best value for money.
The process aims to add expert input to IT projects, whilst at the same time reducing the burden to schools of what can be complicated and time consuming process.

We normally charge between 2% and 5% of the projects value dependent upon the level of involvement that school’s require (with a £75 minimum fee).
